Izyum, Kharkiv region
During the evacuation of the civilians from the town of Izyum to the towns of Slovyansk and Lozova, russian troops shelled a bus with civilians. As a result, several people were injured. The Kharkiv Oblast Prosecutor's Office launched a pre-trial investigation on violations of the laws and customs of war.
