In Shevelivka village, Kharkiv region, Russian troops launched rocket attacks on a socio-psychological rehabilitation centre for children. This was confirmed on March 11 by the head of Izyum District State Administration Stepan Maselsky. Children and staff managed to hide in a shelter, which saved their lives. A neighboring residential building also suffered from the shelling, luckily without casualties as well.
