Shelling of university and dormitory in Kharkiv

Russian troops launched an air strike on the dormitory and electrical substation, probably the strike was intended for the Kharkov Institute of Physics and Technology.

At 20.30, Russian troops attacked a dormitory and an electrical substation near the Kharkiv Institute of Physics and Technology (NSC KIPT) where are placed sources of radiation exposure used for scientific purposes. It the NSC KIPT in 1932 the nucleus of an atom was split in the USSR for the first time.
