Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Russian troops have damaged 1,255 cultural heritage sites in Ukraine

In December alone, 33 monuments were damaged in Zaporizhia, Kirovohrad, Sumy, Mykolaiv, Kharkiv regions and Kyiv.

In total, monuments in 18 regions were damaged. Most of them were in Kharkiv region (324), Kherson (180), Donetsk (164), Odessa (137) and Chernihiv regions (65).

It is impossible to calculate the exact number of monuments damaged in the occupied territories.
