Russian troops have turned Bucha into ruins.
22 high-rise buildings were destroyed, 2 of which cannot be restored.
They destroyed 243 private cottages, which also cannot be restored.
403 civilians were killed, and the bodies of 163 dead have already been identified.
16 people are considered missing.
