On January 21, in the Kharkiv region, the invaders fired at the village of the Veterinary Dergachev Society and the city of Volchansk. The village of Veterinarnoye Dergachevskoe OTG was shelled at about 11 am. As a result of the shelling, a civilian was wounded. the city of Volchansk was under enemy fire at about 6 am. As a result of shelling, a 70-year-old woman died. The couple and their 7-year-old daughter were injured.
