In the middle of the day, the Russians dropped guided aerial bombs on the residential buildings of the regional center.

9 injured are already known. They received explosive injuries and shrapnel wounds.

Several residential buildings were almost completely destroyed. Many were damaged. 2 educational institutions and an enterprise were also damaged. Fires broke out.
