The number of civilians killed and wounded by Russia in Ukraine exceeded 10,000 - UN

The UN documented the deaths of 4,481 people, including 280 children. The facts of wounding 5565 Ukrainian civilians were also confirmed.

Most of the victims were documented in the Donbass: 2,611 dead and 3,103 wounded.

The UN acknowledges that the real figures are much higher.
