Konotop, Sumy region
The goal was energy and infrastructure facilities, as well as residential buildings. There were fires. 7 high-rise buildings and 1 private house, a hospital, an educational institution, a shop, garages and cars were damaged. Windows were broken in several homes and kindergartens. A section of the tram track in the city center was destroyed.
14 people received shrapnel injuries, including 1 child.
The situation with electricity and water supply in the city is critical. The energy infrastructure suffered significant damage.
Victims: 14 wounded.
