The Russian army blocked the evacuation from the Severodonetsk "Azot"

Due to the constant shelling of the military of the Russian Federation, it is impossible for civilians to get out of the plant. At the moment, 568 people, including 38 children, are in the shelters of Azot. Evacuation is possible only with a complete ceasefire.
