The first time the head of the resort town Kyrylivka, Ivan Maleev, was kidnapped in mid-April and held captive for six days. This time, the deputy chairman of the village council, Igor Korobko, and another employee, whose name is unknown, were also arrested along with him. The russian military repeatedly visited the administration of the resort town and tried to persuade the village head to cooperate, but he refused.
