The city was subjected to Russian bombing on the night of 10 August. As a result of the FAB-250 air bomb strike, the City Council building was damaged. Also at night, a blow was struck at the village of Kondrashovka, Kupyansky district, a 41-year-old civilian and a 39-year-old woman were wounded.
In the morning, Russian troops began another shelling: a residential building was damaged in Kupyansk.
