The Russians fired at the private sector of Kharkov from the MLRS "Smerch"

According to preliminary data, the Russian army at about 10.20 hit the city from Smerch multiple launch rocket systems. The shelling was carried out at random, scattering over a large area, which indicates the goal to destroy as many civilians as possible.

Victims: 3 people died, 28 were injured - among them 1 child
