The Russians forbid the inhabitants of the occupied regions to communicate with people from Ukraine

The Russian occupiers are trying to informationally isolate the temporarily occupied territories and forbid local residents to communicate with residents of territories controlled by Ukraine.

In particular, in the Luhansk region, in order to combat the leakage of information about the location of enemy troops, the occupying administration threatens with consequences everyone who talks to people who are in the territory controlled by Ukraine.
