On December 4, the Russian military fired on the building of the Kherson pre-trial detention center. Part of the premises was damaged, among the workers were injured. This is reported by the Department for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions.

"Part of the premises was damaged, among the staff were injured. The convicts and prisoners were moved to pre-trial detention centers in other, safer regions," the report says.
