According to preliminary data, houses of the private sector of the Workers' Settlement came under artillery and rocket fire. According to local residents, the shelling was carried out from the area of the city dump. One of the warheads hit a private house at 150 Istoricheskaya Street and set the house on fire. Local firefighters arrived at the scene and tried to put out the fire.
