As of December 2022, the total direct documented damage to Ukraine's infrastructure due to the full-scale invasion launched by Russia on February 24, 2022 is estimated at $137.8 billion (at replacement cost).
In a month, the amount of damage increased by almost $2 billion.
Including the damage due to the destruction of the housing stock is estimated at $54 billion. In December, this amount increased by $1.5 billion. The destruction of 149.3 thousand residential buildings is documented, including: 131.4 thousand private, 17.5 thousand multi-apartment and 280 hostels.
