Gross violations of human rights, serious violations of international humanitarian law, primarily committed by the forces of the Russian Federation, were recorded. In particular, there are at least 142 cases of executions of civilians.
As of December 4, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights has recorded and confirmed more than 10,000 civilian deaths from hostilities since February 2022, including the deaths of more than 560 children.
It is also confirmed that 18,500 civilians have been injured, many of them seriously.
