The bombing of "Azovstal" could damage the technical structure holding back tens of thousands of tons of concentrated hydrogen sulfide solution. If these solutions flow out, then all life in the Azov Sea will die. Further, these substances can get into the Black and Mediterranean Seas.
Mariupol Mayor Vadym Boychenko announced the need for immediate access to the facility of international experts and the UN to study the situation and prevent a world-class environmental catastrophe.
