Tortured with electric current, raped and strangled: how the occupiers mocked the inhabitants

On November 18, the Humanitarian Research Laboratory of the Yale School published a report on the war crimes of the occupiers in the Kherson region. It documents the detention and disappearance of 226 people in the region between March and October 2022. Images were used to verify the information collected in open sources. The report details the war crimes of the occupiers accused of mistreating civilians, including torture, inhuman conditions of detention and other degrading acts.
