A five-story building in the village of Klugino-Bashkirovka in the Chuguev community of the Kharkiv region was fired on by the Russian Federation three times. Currently, 57 families from 168 apartments remain in the building. In addition, people still live on the fourth and fifth floors of the destroyed first entrance. About ten apartments were completely destroyed, another 63% of the apartments were damaged.
Most apartments have OSB boards instead of windows. People changed windows twice, however, after the next "arrival" in March, the majority decided not to install new ones yet.
