The Russians struck the center of the village of Konstantinopol of the Velikonovosilkiv community in broad daylight. 6 private houses, a cafe, a shop, an administrative building, a power line and 12 cars were damaged. 2 people died, 2 more were injured.

Victims: 2 dead, 2 wounded, to be specified.
