18.02.2025 Donetsk Oblast In Kostiantynivka, the occupiers struck a water tanker that rescuers had brought to supply residents. Two rescuers were injured. When police officers and medics arrived to help, Russia launched a second drone strike. They managed to take cover in an armored vehicle, but two police officers and the head of the city’s military administration suffered blast injuries. The occupiers also attacked Kostiantynivka with aerial bombs and multiple rocket launchers, damaging 17 private houses. In Pokrovsk, a Russian drone destroyed a civilian vehicle, killing one person and injuring another. A multi-story building, two private houses, and an administrative building were also damaged. The strike injured four women, aged 36, 57, 60, and 71, as well as a 62-year-old man. Four of them suffered shrapnel wounds. The gas station and several vehicles were damaged.
