On October 9, Russian military personnel once again shelled the city of Volchansk. Residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged. The day before, a local resident was killed as a result of enemy artillery shelling on October 8th.
On October 9, the village of Cossack Lopan was also under enemy fire. Private households were damaged.
In the village Kondrashovka, Kupyansky district, as a result of today's Russian shelling, utility buildings were damaged, windows were broken in houses and roofs were damaged.
